    That is how I logged it too, but beware the MFP calorie burns are just a guide. Depending on your size, weight and age, you may burn more or less than what MFP says. If you are overweight, but not obese, I would not eat back 100% of the calories it tells you. For example, I just bought a heart monitor calorie burn tracker yesterday. I did Ripped in 30 (another Jillian Michaels circuit training workout) last night. According to MFP, my 25 minute workout should have burned 186 calories. Instead, I only burned 148.
