Hello, my name is Jason Powell

I heard about myfitnesspal from my wife Melissa. I wanted to join and check out what all this is about. I live in Oskaloosa, Iowa with my wife, Melissa, and my two wonderful kids, Jonathan and Elizabeth. I work at Pella corporation, where I help build windows.
I try to stay active and my kids really keep me moving!
I wanted to join myfitnesspal to help support my wife in her health and weight loss goals. I also wanted to see if I'm eating the way
I should to maintain a health weight. I work as much as I can and I cannot afford to get sick. I'm here to help out as much as I can.

That is great that you are so supportive of your wife. This is a great site,. there is alot of information, motivation and encouragement . Also the food diary makes you aware of what you are eating.
