Try Rice Milk, Soy Milk or Almond Milk for your cereal fix. :-)

I usually have one bowl of oatmeal with blueberries, a banana & some fresh cinamon.. That keeps me going till mid morning since i usually have breakfast at 7:00 am..
If you don't want to eat oatmeal, you can still have your cereal with rice milk (almond milk is too high in calories) or soy milk (depending how much you like soy.. (i personally hate it)
Another way is to have a good power bar with at least 15 g of protein and some good fiber, then add a fuit or two to it..
or the rest of the suggestions made by the other mewmbers:)
hope this helps and good luck
