In a slump!

I began my weight loss journey (for the zillionth time) in June. Since then I've completed Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, most of Ripped in 30, and I'm on Week 9 of C25K. Recently I've just been going back and forth between different levels of 30DS and Ripped in 30 opposite my running days, but I feel like I need more. I do own Insanity but I'm weary to use it. Last time I got to around Week 6 and had only lost 5 pounds. Being as focused on the scale dropping as I am, I don't know if I should commit to it full term. I could, of course, do it every other day. Any suggestions?

Throw your scale away and get a measuring tape. Go by how your clothes fit and how fit you feel. After all NO ONE is walking around with their weight advertised over their head in neon flashing lights.

    yep, THIS!

As hard as it is to get past, the number on the scale is only a small piece of the puzzle. Take your measurements, pay attention to your clothes, and take progress pictures.

Have you tried Jillian Michael's Yoga Inferno? I got it a few weeks ago and quite like it, maybe introduce something like that into your routine?
