losing the baby weight (X2)

Hey all! So, I just got done popping out my 3rd and 4th (and final) children over the last 2.5 years. Unlike with my first two, I gained a lot of weight. I gained 50 lbs from the pregnancies and the voracious lactation appetite.

The little one is weaned now, so I'm trying to get back into form. Before signing up here, I had already lost 10 lbs.

There is one problem though. Even though I have been eating too much, I have remained very active as I don't drive and I have been pushing a stroller everywhere (and playing DDR with the older kids). As a result, I am actually a lot stronger than I was before having these two kids and I don't want to lose that. I know I will need to lift weights to maintain (and hopefully increase!) my strength, but I hate doing it! I would love friends to keep me motivated with lifting. If you have suggestions for strength training in little time, I welcome that too. I have full access to a gym at work. Diet and cardio are not much trouble for me and I will be happy to motivate there in return.

My diary is open to friends. I'm accepting all adds.
