Question regarding logging exercise

Hello All,

I am new to MFP and have a quick question about logging exercise. How do you go about logging a specific workout, such as a video or class. I've started the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and am unsure as to how to go about logging it (and figuring out how many calories I've burned). Any ideas?

  • Use a HRM and track those calories OR estimate based on TYPE of workout. 30 day shred is probably most comparable to circuit training.
