It's been a hell of a three months. I am now running 10km, cycling 40km, and swimming 1.5km, and can do all of those in the same day. In lifting, I've passed from "Untrained" thru "Novice" in all the major compound lifts and am approaching "Intermediate" (Starting Strength standards) in two of the lifts.

So now I'm trying to figure out what to do next. My goal is to be competitive in my age group in a sprint-distance Triathlon (the use of the word "sprint" in conjunction with "Triathlon is, of course, a cruel joke  ). I've looked over a number of training plans - I need a detailed plan, or things just go in the crapper for me - and I think this one makes sense. It tackles all three Tri disciplines, and does both steady-state and intervals for all of them.

I'd appreciate any feedback from Those Who Have Gone Before!
