Anyone have great luck with this DVD? I am starting it tomorrow. The workouts are twenty minutes, and I think I'm going to include walking after work with it just to get me moving.

I just started using this program. I bought it years ago but it has had more active shelf life than real active life. I am starting with the flowmotion basics. I have done it 3 times this week. I love it. I should have started when I bought it.0

My only advice is to start with a low weight kettlebell. I recently started a kettlebell routine (well, it only lasted two sessions, but...) and ended up pulling a muscle in my back doing something totally unrelated to the exercise session. I had bent over to adjust my pant leg at the end of the work day and <twang>. The good news is that I was able to get a prescription for a muscle relaxant and hydrocodone. (Although I found the muscle relaxant and Aleve worked great and I never did open the bottle of hydrocodone.) Anyhow, I just "graduated" from my back treatments yesterday and I can now exercise more than just walking again. My chiropractor said that if a 10 pound kettlebell seems to be an okay weight to lift, start with a 5 lb kettlebell. Don't swing above your shoulder height for the first two weeks. (He said that was advice for anyone, not just me.)
I'm looking forward to getting back together with my kettlebell and Hip Hop Abs.
Edited to add: I thought I should add that I was NOT doing Kettlenetics. I have the Absolute Beginners: Kettlebell 3-in-1 with Amy Bento. (I should look into the Kettlenetics one...)0
