If you seriously want to burn cals with no change in lifestyle, get yourself a desk cycle. Pedal and burn while watching TV, surfing the net, reading a book, etc. Docs say 'keep moving.' One of these gadgets will let you do just that while you sit on your bum 4-5 hours/day, or more.
