Gym frequency

Hi all.

Just wondering how often I should go to the gym if I want to cut down on my weight quite rapidly.
I'm at 188lbs and my goal is 170, which should be good right for a 6ft Male, 19 years old?

    The point is to be at a caloric deficit, so it's your diet that counts. Working out can assist in this as well as being good for your overall health. That said, there is no particular number of days that you need to be at the gym. Some people go every day and others don't exercise at all.
