Help with exercise diary please, still new.

Hello, I have a question regarding my input in my exercise diary. So I have a pretty physical job that requires me to do some heavy lifting, but most of all a lot of walking. I've been tracking the walking I do through the course of my day (I use walking mate on my Samsung 4) and most days I'm able to complete and sometimes exceed 10,000 steps per day, which equals to about 4 miles or so (give or take, I assume) Well my question is, should I be imputing this information on my exercise diet and how would I do that? I ask because it is through the course of the day and not in one lump sum? Thanks.

    If you set yourself to lightly active when you set up your goals it should account for your moving about while you are at work.
