Hello all!
About a year ago I lost over 75lbs using MFP - but in that year - I got lazy and gained back all of the weight. This morning I looked at myself and said NO NO NO NOT AGAIN - so I am back thanking the friends who did not leave me in my hiatus...but asking for a few more to help encourage me to stay on track. I will do the same for you!
