Food Diary is awesome BUT...the BMI calculator is totally wrong. Wayyy wrong. Whoever makes these calculators obviously don't know that muscle weighs much more than fat. I punched my current weight, height, age and it said I'm in the obese catagory, lol. I know I need to lose a few but I'm def not obese.

***This is a much better formula: (you'll have to get your calculator out though)

Lean Body Mass Factor 1 + Factor 2 - Factor 3 - Factor 4 + Factor 5

Uno - This site has BMI - Body Mass Index. It's a simple ratio of height versus weight. Many people think that the BMI is pretty useless since it doesn't take into account your frame size. Your body fat formula is probably a better indicator of your overall fitness. BMI is just a tool to let you know where your weight fits into the government-recommended guidelines.

If my body fat percentage equaled my BMI, I'd be pretty torqued too!
