Does anyone use these? I like it and use it once in a while when I go to Planet Fitness. Unfortunately I have not been able to find it on here to log it in my exercise....

Your best bet is to use a heart rate monitor. I burn about 225 calories in 30 minutes. I am a 53 year old female. It does depend on your metabolism and how much you put into it. I hope this helps.0

The Arc Trainer that I use at my gym calulates the calories burned. I added it to my cardio exercises and alway just put in what the machine tells me I burned for the workout.0
