Good Post Workout Shake/Smoothie??

Just looking for some suggestions on a good post workout shake or smoothie. Since I workout at night, I often find that my net calories are under 1200 around 9pm, but I'm not hungry enough to eat. But I could get a drink down. Looking for something healthy, tasty and relatively simple to make!
Thanks in advance!

Protein powder + milk - add a banana, or berries, or yoghurt or whatever, depending on taste, maybe some peanut butter.
Or, just plan your day better so that you eat more earlier when you feel like eating.0 -
There is a group dedicated to protein shake recipes - check them out! Otherwise, I agree with the previous poster. I use Jay Robb's 100% Whey Protein in vanilla:
•Sourced from grass fed cows not treated with rBGH (Recombinant Bovine Growth Hormone)
•25 grams of protein per serving!
•Lactose free
•Gluten-free ingredients
•No fat, No cholesterol
•No sugar, No aspartame
•No artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners
•No casein, No msg
•Made with stevia
I add half a banana to thicken it up, some ice cubes to make it really cold, then flavor it with some Crystal Light Cherry Pomegranate. The flavor options are endless, really - keep trying stuff until you find out what you like!0 -
