This is an article I received by email from a doctor's office this morning. In general I agree but definitely not everyone will or should. Specific sticky points are #5 (disagree) and #6 (completely agree)

1. You have to move every single day.
2. Maintaining muscle matters.
3. Mediterranean means more burn (think fresh fruit and veggies, whole grains, beans, legumes, nuts and healthy fats in fish and olive oil.)

4. Your scale is a weight loss weapon-use it regularly.
5. Don't skip breakfast!
6. Trying to eat perfectly is a recipe for failure. Okay to have your cake every now and then!
