I've had this set up for a while and made little use of it in the last year. I'm back on track hopefully for good. Looking forward to motivating advice and meeting more fitness minded individuals. Seems I tend to surround myself with people who have bad eating habits. I looooove food so it's difficult to go out with my girlfriends and stay on track. Thanks to my boot camp instructor she will be monitoring my every intake and kicking my butt into shape if I jack up.
