Hi all, new here and considering T25. Anybody did it, doing it or gonna do it that has any honest reviews of it?

    It is a good program, the workout are really short, 25 minutes + 2-3 minutes cooldown and stretch. They are short but hard, no break during the workouts. Phase 1 (alpha) is all about building a foundation, improving your core and get ready for the second phase (Beta) where you will be lifting weights in exercices like squats, curl, press, etc...

    If you can get your nutrition right based on your goal, you will get good results too.
