Chili - sorry no califlower

as i'm enjoying my lunch, i figured i'd share my chili recipe with you good folks. ignore the servings, that's actually the weight in grams (so i can figure how much to log!) it's really about 8 servings, i'll let you do the math. just cook the chicken and the onion, then toss in everything else and heat through. i rinse the beans first, i don't like bean snot in my food. like any chili, it's better the next day. feel free to swap the meat, the type of beans, the salsa i used, etc, it's totally flexible.
