Pressure in ear

I usually get pressure in my ear when i'm working out. Not sure what you call it but its like when you're in a plane and you take off or land and your ear gets blocked.
Has this happened to any of you whilst exercising?
Is there a way to reduce this?
Should I be worried or is it normal?

I have it every once in a while too. I think it's related to the "valsalva maneuver." Long story short... try to breathe better while you're working out and it should prevent it.0
