I posted earlier on in my weight loss journey, but told myself I would post again when I hit 50 lbs lost - so here I am!

This is just a comparison from the last post I made:

I still have 15 lbs to lose to make my first goal, but I'm so close and I'm so happy with the results I'm seeing! I lift heavy, and opt to walk/ride my bike rather than drive (I haven't driven in over a week, woah!) - I also eat real food and watch my sodium intake.

    Fantastic Job! Your look amazing! I too am at the weight you started at, although I am 52 this just gives me more inspiration and motivation to go hard! Thank you for posting!
