I dont feel like im losing weight anymore

Well basically iv been training hard weights and cardio even empty stomach cardio im always on a 1000 deficit everyday but i feel like my body has stopped changing when i look in the mirror any suggestions who's been threw that scales do go down

    A 1,000 calorie deficit is not good for anyone under any circumstances, but especially for someone who is into heaving weight training.
