Trying to shed 30 lbs..

Hi,
Simmal here.. I have really let my body go shapeless in last two years.. I used to be a size 6 , now I'm size 12! Not a very active person but I'm trying very hard to change my lifestyle. I am eating very healthy and watching my calories since last week. Currently I am only walking an hour a day (moderate/slow).
I want to hit the gym but I would like to loose a few lbs before I do that.
So, if anyone has anything motivational or supportive to say , any advices are welcome since I lack support around me.
Hope everyone reach their goals fast

I'm trying to shed 43. I've got the calories and Cardio down. I need help with motivation for lifting and there are a lot of body weight exercises that can be done at home. Feel free to add me :-)0
