Hello

I am new, gonna shed a few pounds. My Dr mentioned this app to me as a resource.

I have been an avid lifter my whole life, Mostly heavy weights, now I like running, so I need to drop 50 lbs.

I am 269lbs 36 to 38 inch waist, I am 5"11.

I would like to get down to 225lbs.

    Start logging your food and make sure you are meeting your caloric goals. You'll get there.
