Back in the 1960's they had the answer Don't eat carbs, white bread , potoatoes, sugar , starches, eat 3 times a day with no snacks. Yep
What drives the fat, insulin, it is a hormone that helps digest and package up the fat so it can slip by the cell membrane and get stuffed into your fat cells, and what drives insulin , carobhydrates, and what happens after awhile, insulin desensitivity then diabetes then the leptin goes and a whole number of other problems.
that is why it is important to eat 3 times only and give the insulin a rest and that is why fasting helps correct insulin levels so fat can be burned off.
that is why high fat lo carb diets work.
