New user, Looking for supportive friends :)

:happy: I'm happy to be here. A couple of my good, personal friends use MFP, so I thought I'd give it a shot to track my food. It's a good thing I did. After 2 days of tracking (today's my 3rd) I realized how bad I eat. I'm following a no grain/no sugar plan and 49 years old. I have a lot of weight to lose and really want to stick with it this time!

    Welcome, I am a repeat offender. I have been here before and did not do so well. Please don't do a crazy fad diet. Try just limiting your calories. I currently am at 1400. Think smaller porion sizes and healthier options. If you would like you can add me as a friend. :)
