Obsessed with the NUMBERS

I have found myself for the past month trying to find that magic number between BMR and TDEE. I need help to break this obsession...:grumble:

    Well, it takes longer than a month to know if whatever number you're using is working. You need to wait at least 4-6 weeks before making adjustments one way or the other, so I can understand being frustrated if you've been trying to figure it out in only a month's time.

    What site did you use to run your numbers? How accurate were you with your measurements and activity level? Make sure all your math is correct, go with your best answers to all the questions, and give it time. If after six weeks you're not seeing results the results you want, tweak the numbers up or down by 100 cals or so.

    There's no prefect calculator, and sometimes it takes a little trial and error to find the right number.
