Has anyone tried an Online Personal Trainer website like GymRa or FitOrbit? I am interested in trying one but I dont know which one to try. Do any of you have any experiences with these?

    A personal trainer and physique competitor that I know posted on Facebook that he's offering a 50% discount for online training or nutrition counseling. His name is Roger Bowman. Here's a link to his profile on ideafit.

    I don't have experience with online training, but I know that Roger is a credible PT. He has trained some of his clients at the gym that I am member. And I've seen some amazing transformations in terms of reducing bodyfat and improving their fitness goals.
