on my way to losing 35 llbs - the healthy way

Hi everyone! I have been up and down for a long time ... I am currently in my late 20's and in my early 20s I suffered from anorexia. I have since recovered. I gained weight since then and am now looking to lose some of what I have gained (currently 154 llbs at 5'2") in a healthy way. I am currently exercising every day, a minimum of an hour, and eating around 1200 calories. I would love to connect with others that are looking at doing the same thing in a healthy way!

  • That's an amazing story caro1981!! I'm new to this site too, just joined yesterday. I'm 5'1" and use to weigh 120 but gained weight during my pregnancy. I have been doing Zumba almost 5days a week. You should look into it, it's such a blast and doesn't even feel like working out. Stay positive!!
