SORRY I SPELT PROTEIN WRONG!!! :S I can not edit it!.

Moving on.... so I have a few things posted about myself on this community already. I am doing body building next year hopefully, just a bit delayed in getting a trainer ATM. So when I do get one I will not need help. But right now I am still not sure how much Carbs and fat, should be getting in my diet.

I know for protein it is 1.5g -2g per lbs. I am 110lbs so Roughly 165grams per day. That is okay. But what about Carbs? There is a lot of talk of "Skinny Fat" yeah that is me. I used to eat so bad (but was still thin minus a bit of belly) so now I have cleaned up my carbs a lot. I get my carbs mainly from Veggies, Oats, protein bars/powder and sometimes Brown rice. I try to stay away from other forms of Carbs. But your body needs carbs to gain muscle, so how much should I be getting daily? I am going into body building so i would like to be cut. I lift weights 4-5 times a week. I do 30mins of cardio because I have congenital heart disease, so no cario is not good for me. (some say to not do it daily to gain muscle, but I shouldn't b/c of my heart). Fat, I usually do not get al ot, how much good fats should I be eating?

I am 110lbs, roughly 17% body fat. I am inverted triangle body shape. So thin legs/no hips but broad back/shoulders. My tummy and middle of my back are pretty much the ONLY areas I have fat my shoulders/chest are pretty toned naturally.

Also I don't know exactly how many cals I should be eating. I try to eat closer to 1200 a day. But since I started eating better in April, my appetite has gone down a lot. And when I eat my strict meals, 3 times a day, they still only add up to like 800cals. Which I know is not good in general... I am slowly trying to eat more, my stomach just hurts if I eat too much.

Any help would be awesome. 17body fat, would love to be 10% for competition or around depending on what I look like, of course. I do not want to compete until next summer or fall so I have plenty of time.

Thanks!
