Any advise if I get a new tattoo?

Haha. Just make sure you keep it nice and clean.0 -
Tattoos with a lot of color or shading are in need of protection the first few days, and they usually burn and hurt quite a bit in that time. After that they then scab up and dry out, and you need to keep them moisturized- or the colors will simply fall out in the scab. That being said, the day after might be a better time to jog than say, four days after- the scab won't really be formed yet. But if you're going to sweat, it's going to hurt! If you pay attention to how it feels when you start up your run, you'll probably know whether or not it's a good idea to continue (for the tattoo's sake).
Just watch those few days after when it tightens up- if you crack the scab before it's ready, you might end up having to go for a second touch-up session.0
