Setting My Activity Level

Hi!
I am trying to set up my activity level but am wondering what the best option is for me. While my job is sedentary as I don't move around a lot, I exercise every day which includes high intensity training. Not sure whether I should keep my activity level at sedentary or lightly active? Does anyone have any comments of feedback which could help me pick?
Thanks

From the info you have given I would say set your activity at sedentary and track your exercise. I believe that would best reflect your lifestyle right now. Give it a try for a month and see how that works for you with tracking. Best of luck Kelly.0
