Heart Attack Grill Quadruple ByPass Burger

Heart Attack Grill Quadruple ByPass Burger (9,982 Calories)
Fascinating interview with the owner who says "my food will kill you" and has the cremated remains of one of his customers to prove it:

"I am here with the cremated remains of a person who died at my restaurant," Basso told Bloomberg Television, dressed in a white doctor's coat. "I will tell you something: He died of a heart attack at my restaurant and I am putting that bag clearly on the table. I wish that Burger King and everyone else will do the same thing.”

The next time I am in Las Vegas I plan on having one. They look delicious and I will find a way to make it fit into my WEEKLY calorie and macro targets.

I'd rather just have a single patty delicious burger with a good soft buttery bread-to-meat-to-cheese ratio and some curly fries and a cold coke, but it is fun to watch shows like Man VS Food and see the crazy stuff people come up with.

Yep, what Aurie said. But I'd also like my curly fries with a side of ranch dressing for dipping. And my burger will have bacon cuz duh.

  • I've actually been to that place, and those burgers are massive.

I could barely finish a single, and only did so because the nurses spank you with wooden paddles if you don't finish your burger. (They also sell the paddles, if you'd like to take one home. I got one.)
I felt sick for an hour after. It's delicious, but I think my life got about five years shorter just eating that one burger.

    Cool!

So is it true they make you wear a hospital gown while you eat and push you out in a wheelchair after you finish?

Furious Pete, Furious Pete, Furious Pete, Furious Pete, Furious Pete!!

That guy is such a legend. Love his Youtube channel
  • Gowns, yes. Hospital wristbands, too. No wheelchair.

You can eat free, but only the single. To verify your weight, you have to step on a big industrial scale, and if it goes over 350 a siren blares and the entire staff cheers. It's so beautifully absurd.

That, and one of the two people I went with was not able to eat for free, so he decided to order the double... and for his sins, they gave it to him. I have never seen a person more food-sick than he was that day, and he couldn't even finish it. He got spanked by a hot Russian nurse, so it wasn't all bad.

7 of us planned one of the days around this, needless to say that night we skipped the drinking and went back to the hotel for games and Itis friendly activities.

2 did the Triple bypass and 1 finished, and the other didn't.

4 did the Quadruple bypass 3 finished ( I was happy I finished but hated life the rest of the night), and 1 didn't.

The all that is man challenge winner "The God" as he wanted us to call him the rest of the trip, went after the Sextuple Bypass and added bacon. He was pretty impressive destroying that burger. We joked cause he was 6'7 by the time the food reached his stomach it was too late for the stomach to send a signal back saying it was full.

Heh, weekly. Yeah, you got that right.

Then again, in Vegas, you should be eating a lot, but most of it shouldn't be food.
