I work out a lot. I have lose over 20 pounds. I run about 7 miles a day plus lift weights. I burn about 700 calories a day. My weight changes every morning. I feel the same let's say if I woke up at 177 then if I did at 179. Is it just fuxuations?

yes, eveyone fluctuates regualarly (i do by about a lb every other day) its just part of life0
