Workout suggestions?????

Any effective workouts that will burn more calories in short time??

I am following Tae bo , fitness blender workouts.

Any other suggestions plsss?????

    Would u like to burn 400 calories in 30 minutes? or 800 in a hour? Get Jillian Michaels burn fat boat metabolism! She will kick your a$

    I'm a cardio/burn the calories junkie as well, but be sure you get the strength training in there as well. It doesn't burn as much calories at the time but the results last longer!! :happy:

    Also, the higher intensity you make your workout the more calories you burn, so if you just give little effort to your routine you won't get the results you expect. I do a lot of the team beach body routines as well as several of JM's videos and wear my HRM to make sure I am giving my best effort without over doing it!!

    I was just informed of a Nike app. (forgot the name)
    Used it for the first time this morning. It gives you different routines, from 10, 30 to 45 minutes. And videos on how to do the moves. And it's free.

    Biggest Loser Cardio Max I do just the Bob Harper segment when in a hurry its 25 mins and burns about 200 cals but you feel it he works all the muscle plus cardio. Other than that Jillian all the way.

    If calorie burn is the only goal, why not just get on an elliptical/arc trainer until you burn the number you want?
  • Just started JNL Fusion - I've done JM Body revolution, and tJNL blows it outta the water. I'm fairly fit and she makes the sweat pour with combination strength and cardio.

    I have been doing T25 -- less than 30 minutes a day. Great calorie burner!

    Hello jyothi...as others have suggested...don't just look at workouts that burn enormous calories on hrm! Strength training is very important...I have previously done JM 30DS and ripped in 30...post that I started with lifting heavy....the inches that I lost with lifting was great....JMs workouts are mostly cardio....
