    You just make it in a circle pan then fold in the sides towards the middle instead of folding in half :P

    Unsalted butter, knowing to roll omelets, plus other food stuff (and general sarcastic awesomeness) I've seen you post about - we would totally be BFFs if we didn't live many, many miles apart.
