My stomach was able to digest a slice of ham this morning...One step closer to being able to eat BACON!0

I grabbed a donut at our morning meeting and brought it back to my desk along with what I originally was going to have for breakfast. Decided I didn't need it so I threw it away in the trash! Yea!!0

Finally bought a home pull-up bar, and proceeded to immediately crank out a personal best.0

Despite my MAJOR persisting headache, I went to the gym & trained for an hour.
I got really good feedback from my trainer too :-)0 -
There were a few today...
- weight belt fastened easily in the fourth hole (when I bought it in April, it was snug on the first hole);
- wore a pair of shorts that I hadn't worn since the late 90's and actually turned a few heads at the store today (granted, they're elastic waist poly blend, but still...)
- did glute bridges for the first time today. (Thank you, VegasBaby for the suggestion.)

I beat my previous best time of rowing 10,000 m by 11 minutes! I've got three blisters/battle wounds. I feel so great!0

Fit back into my size 10 jeans. I think it's vanity sizing because everything else that fits is a 12, but still, only a LITTLE bit of muffin top happening and they sure didn't fit this time last month.0

This will sound a bit silly, but this morning I went to the fridge to fill my sons bottles and I took out a container full of milk and a full juice jug with one hand at the same time, before working out... I would have had to take them out one at a time... I was sooo weak!0

- Bought size 12 bathers and a size 12 bra in the same day.
- Getting frustrated over my weight staying EXACTLY THE SAME but then I measured up and lost a cm or two on my neck, waist and hips.
- Suddenly lifting heavy things at work doesn't seem so bad since I've been hitting the weights.
Slowly but surely, I am getting smaller!0 -
My calves look awesome today since I'm wearing pumps to work. :-D0

Last night, I volunteered to do a McDonald's run for the people hanging out at my house.
But I didn't buy or eat any McDonald's myself.
Doesn't sound like much, but for me that's a huge accomplishment.0 -
I just barely fit into my desk chair at work. Right now there's not "tons" of room but there is more room and I don't feel like a blob in it anymore.0

Yesterday I was finally able to grab my back legs and bend it all the way up to my butt while in Pigeon Pose. Before either I couldn't even reach my leg or I would get a serious cramp. :drinker:0

Improved my 10k running time with 5 minutes tonight, which is a huge improvement. Only 3:33minutes away from one of my long term goals now which is 10k in 60minutes (or less, 59:59 would make me feel awesome haha).0

I started jogging a few months ago to train for an obstacle course race. My race was last weekend (I came in 4th!) and I'd planned to stop running after and go back to my regular workout routines. Well, MUCH to my surprise, I actually missed it! I ran 3 miles after work last night and enjoyed all three! I felt so great when I got home... was very proud of myself and impressed with how much my running stamina has improved over the summer.0

I wore my size 4 dress today and it actually fits and I can bend over....To celebrate I slipped on a pair of red patent leather pumps.0

It was chilly this morning, so I pulled one of my favorite sweaters out of the closet. It's too big! I went online and ordered the smaller size right away. Hooray for new clothes!0

Ok I'm down 5 sizes in pants, 3 sizes in shirts and 2 sizes in shoes. I'm afraid if I keep getting small other things will shrink. I don't have much to lose.0

my rings are falling off and I wore heels to work for the first time in forever because I finally have enough weight off me that they don't kill my feet!0
