I think I ate maybe an hour or two before, and my dad has pretty bad diabetes, so is this result bad, good, normal? Im 19 and weigh 194 (down 13lbs in a month and a half) I obviously am still trying to lose weight and as of right now just trying to do portion control. My dad freaked out on me and told me I need to cut out all sugar ): I have a sweet tooth but I've been doing A LOT better. Just wanted some input. Thank you guys in advance (:

you need to do a fasting glucose test for accuracy. It's the test where you fast overnight and then go in and drink that gawd awful 'punch' and then sit in the waiting room for a while. They'll draw your blood twice during this visit and that will give a pretty accurate glucose level.0
