Pre run breakfast?

What would you suggest is best before a 5k run...for breakfast?

I eat nothing unless I plan on running over 10 miles! But then it's toast with jelly!0

Ok cool. I just normally run later in the day. Not sure if oats are too heavy or eggs.0

It depends what you can handle a 5k I normally don't eat much sometimes a banana but that's about it. Longer runs out depends tomorrow I'm planning on running 10 miles plus so I'll have porridge with some dates, raisins and a banana around an hour before0
