4kg lost and I've been stuck here for a while, and it's nobody's fault but my own!! - Binge eating, being lazy, giving in to temptation
but you know what? I'm not ok with that!! I don't want to feel embarrassed about my body, to avoid going out because I feel fat, to cry myself to sleep because I hate myself. I want to look in the mirror and be PROUD of what I see! Wear my goal dress and feel amazing because it fits!! Be one of those slim girls I am jealous of. I want to become a success story!! No more excuses! I WILL say no to seconds. I WILL get the salad even if I wanted pizza! I WILL ignore the cookies calling me from the cupboard! I WILL get up 30 minutes earlier on uni days to use my exercise bike! And I WILL become my own success story! I've not got much more to lose and I know some of you might have bigger goals and wonder why I'm struggling to lose 6kg, but everyone has their own internal battles and I'm determined not to lose this time!! And I hope that a few months down the line I can show you how far I've come. Anyone who wants to help and support eachother please add!

Don't give up everything you love - just moderation! I do my best every day... and if i slip up i start fresh again at the next meal or day. Eating the foods you love makes you human and keeps you sane! Stay motivated. Eat healthy. And enjoy those treats. Because you deserve it!
You have a great attitude! You will get there! Just be consistent and keep your eye on that goal!
