South Beach Phase 1 - No Cravings

Hi there,

I am about one week into the first phase of the South Beach Diet and have noticed that I have almost NO cravings for any carbs or sugars. Am I doings something wrong? I've tried to keep my net carbs (carbs - fiber) at 20 or below, but have managed to NOT go over 30 in a day.

Even with my son, he'll have macaroni or a couple of cookies, and I figured I would be drooling all over that, but nothing. I just have a hard boiled egg and am perfectly content. I haven't noticed any drastic loss yet (I know it's still really early for this) but I just can't help but think that maybe I'm doing it wrong?

Has anyone else gone through this? Take a look at my diary if you like and let me know if you think I'm still on track.
