Questions about Kris Gethin's 12 week trainer

Any help is appreciated. I searched for several hours on the forums yesterday and couldn't find a clear answer.


1. I don't fully understand his going til failure. for instance Does doing "3 sets of 12 until failure" mean i do 12 of one set and if i can keep going i go on until i cant? or does it mean that i have enough weight on that i fail BY the time i get to 12? i have never seen until failure described like this, its throwing me off.

2. Do you eat the same on rest days as you do on workout days?

3. Did you make any modifications to the diet and still see good results? I'm fine with it but i wouldn't mind replacing eye of round steak once a day. With ground beef perhaps?
