Sept 2012 - Sept 2013 through Pictures

My starting weight when I joined My Fitness Pal was 204.8 and wearing a snug size 14, and some 16s.. I had been doing weight watchers for 1 month before that, and started at about 212. I'm 31 now, and am 5'11. I eat between 1750 - 1900+ calories a day and I try to keep my diary set up with my TDEE -15% sometimes more, sometimes less and at times I removed exercise when my schedule was sketchy.
I'm preparing to run my first 1/2 marathon in 2 weeks. I completed a 6KM mud obstacle run this past July. I have scaled back my weight training some to focus on my running, but after my race I will be scaling back the running and focusing on fat loss and lean mass gains starting with stronglifts and going from there.
Blah blah blah, get to the point right!
I currently weigh 177, with my goal being between 170 and 175. And I am wearing mostly size 8's.
I'm not a success story yet - but that's the beauty of health and fitness - there is always something new to challenge ourselves with, something to strive for. Keep moving forward and never look back!!

I'm really looking forward to learning so much more from this great community and learning about what my body can do and become as I get into Stronglifts and lowering my bodyfat.
