Pizza... Healthy and good!

Well I needed to change things up so I totally made this up while walking at the grocery store:

Italian artisan pizza crust coated with 1 tbs coconut oil

4-6 tbs jalapeño salsa with minced garlic - this is the sauce (spicy)

Basil leaves (enough to cover most of the crust)

Chop up some tomatoes... I used grape tomatoes but Ramona's would be more logical...

I bbq'd 2 small chicken breasts and chopped them up and tossed those over the pizza

A bit of tomato basil feta cheese

Toss it in the oven for 15 mins

Done

I used MFP and scanned the bar codes and set my quantities... I ate probably 1/3 of the entire pizza and it comes out to around 500 calories. 625 with my beer :)

My roommates were fighting over the remaining pieces... And they Hate healthy eating lol...

    I have to believe all pizza is healthy- grains, vegetables, dairy and if you choose meat too! It's the portion sizes that we are acustomed to that are unhealthy! I eat pizza of some sort at least 2-3 times a week :love:

    ETA that you can even have fruit if you like pineapple on it!
