Any tips?

Hi, I am meant to be dressing up for halloween as I got a party. I just want to lose as much weight as possible in this short time, have you got any tips?
How much exercise daily should I do?
How can I stop cravings?

    Adjust your expectations and aim to lose maybe 5 lbs in that time (some of which will probably be water weight).

    Set MFP to lose 1 lb a week. Weigh and measure your foods and track them here so that you meet the calorie goal MFP gives you. ("Meet" means you try to hit it, preferably within about 100 either way, don't strive to always be under it.) Do whatever exercise you enjoy. A combo of cardio and strength training is good for overall health. If you're starting from no exercise at all, then build up gently. Have at least one rest day a week. Maybe 3-5 times a week for between 30-60 minutes? Depends what you're used to really. Log your exercise and eat back the extra calories MFP tells you - at least 2/3 of them anyway.

    Reduce the likelihood of cravings by not cutting out the foods you enjoy, and not restricting your calories too much.

    Then, realise that a party is just a party. Healthy weight management is a life long project. Even if you can't fit into your desired outfit this year, if you are patient and work hard, you can fit into it next year.
