Breasts too big to exercise?

Hi, I have a rather large breast size 36 FF and I find a normal bra does not help me to exercise. Is there any decent exercise bras that aint too costy, can you help?
Anyone else have this problem?

    I've heard of women doubling up - wear a normal bra and a cheap sports bra over the top! Apparently its really supportive

    Are you in the UK? I got mine from Bravissimo and it cost £30.

    I am a 38H and found that the cheaper bras didn't provide enough support.

    You could also try Simply Be.

    I was on 36F (lost some, and actually happy) when I started and my Panache sports bra served me well.

    This! This is what I have to do - it's the most supportive thing I've tried so far. Sports bras on their own do nothing for me, and I've tried a fair few! I got so fed up of having to keep one arm over my chest when I was exercising, so wearing two bras was my only option! Good luck, hope you find something!

    A GOOD sports bra that comes in actual sizes, not the compression uni-boob type, will change your life. When I started working out in January, I was in a 38 K and Panache and Freya sports bras helped make workouts a little more bearable.

    I use herroom.com for a lot of my bra shopping. But I also recommend that you go to a local bra shop (NOT Victoria's Secret!) and get fitted since it's important to wear the correct size. And the correct size is the one that actually fits you.

    If you are in the US, look for a Hanes outlet store. They have fitting specialists and a couple sports bras that are specifically made for super support for well endowed women. Nothing could possibly move in these beastly bras. Good luck -- and keep moving!

    I wear regular bra + sports bra + compression shirt and it does the job. I know I could invest in a really good sports bra, but my body is still changing, and I don't want to spend the money on one that won't provide support 20 pounds down the line.

    The strongest support shock absorber works for me and I'm an H cup. Figleaves have some reduced at the minute.

    I got a good one from Athleta. I was 38FF at some point and I am now down to 36C. It has lasted 8 months and 34lbs down. When I bought it, I could use the furthest clasp, very tight. Now when I put it on the inner clasp, it is loose! You have to go and invest in a quality sports bra. You need good support for the breasts.

    I also have an Enell that is freaking AMAZING. Pricey, yes. But the girls do not move.

    I'm currently a 38 H and my shock absorber only works so far. For the ladies who double up, do I assume neither bra is underwired? It's really difficult to get non-underwired bras in my size.

    I have a 38 D, and I have to double up and wear a tight tank top, and sometimes that doesn't even help. I am on a quest to find the greatest sports bra. I don't know about you ladies, but if I had the opportunity (and if it were possible) to donate some of my boobage to a "flat chester in need", I would do it in a heart beat.
