Yeah, I always make sure that I log everything and I use measuring cups and spoons with measurements to know how much I'm really putting into my mouth.. I think that 1900 would work too. When I first started trying to lose weight back in September and my calorie goal was set to 1850 I was losing weight. I lost about 3 pounds in like 2 1/2 weeks but after that I stopped losing weight.0
