Support and good workout ideas appreciated

I am 39 yeard old, 5'2 and 186lbs. I am seeking to lose about 20-25 more pounds yet be toned. I am seeking out inspiration and people who can help share recipe ideas, workouts that help burn alot of calories, weightlifting ideas, etc. I also want to help others that need a little boost and some ideas that have worked for me.

I am not looking for dates or any creepy online stuff. Just all around support for helping us all obtain our goals.
