workout needed

hey everyone :), so my mom asked me to look for an easy workout for her, she has really weak muscles and 30 day shred is really hard for her! any suggestions?

    Walking or swimming.

    She could add in some body weight exercises to help condition her muscles and slowly build up endurance. Makes sure she takes rest days to allow the body to recover if she is new to exercise.

    the nerd fitness site has a beginners bodyweight routine which is very simple.
