Fixing sleep schedule and exercise

I have a question about fixing my sleep schedule to match my exercise schedule. Ok, so school starts in 2 days and i am going to have to wake up between 4 and 4:30 a.m. to work out. I will be getting to sleep between 9:30 and 10 p.m. Last night i went to sleep around 11 pm and i had been waking up at around 5:30 and 6 a.m the past two days. I slept from 11 p.m. until 12 p.m. I felt really bad for doing it. I am planning on working out really hard today to wear myself out. I also have to work until 10 p.m tonight, so as soon as i get home and i am going to sleep and try to wake around 5 or 5:30 am. My question is if i wear my self out today will i be able to fix my sleeping schedule as planned?
